I don’t not love Space Invaders. In fact thinking back it was one of the games I played most on the old VCS, to the point I actually got a blister on the inside of my thumb from over playing it.

There have been a number of attempts to revive it, but none of them have been particularly successful and the general opinion is to leave that one in the past.

I picked up the Plug N Play version from a care boot for a quid last year and that was great fun – played as I remembered it !

How come you never show some love for Space Invaders?
I’d have thought that producing colour using strips of film on the screen was more than retro enough for you 😉
