I agree but i think most of it has to do with .. well look they've been out (video games ) since the 1980 s and stuff and well there's really not much room for new thigns, almost everything has been done before so instead they try getting a game thats realistic and fun, but doesnt always equal fun, but they what can you do its gonna be 30 years for Donkey Kong (arcade) here pretty soon, and ya thats show how long its been

Great article RetroBear!
I don't know when Game thought it would make financial sense to have so many outlets in the same town, but might it have anything to do with chasing the casual pound, epitomied by the Wiis huge numbers? If so, I guess they didn't see the writing on the wall that quite plainly stated that the software attach rate for the Wii was horrendous. Casuals don't buy many games, they should've known that really.

SSX Tricky on the Gamecube was insane ! Whether the new one will interest me or not I am not sure, but I will definitely revisit the original again sometime in the future

It's one of the most original games ever made. Would it work as a remake though ? I doubt it sadly.

Thanks for the comment, and am in agreement with you. I don't see the point in going over old ground with games that have been commented on millions of times before. It's true you have to go through a lot of bad games to get the gems amongst the countless others but it's well worth it !

Finally a list of NES games that doesn't include Zelda! Thanks for pointing out these games, because I honestly have not played most of them before. It's time to hit eBay and do some shopping I guess.

You mentioned Head Over Heels!!!!!!!!!! What a cracking game that was on the old Speccy 128K. There's been nothing quite like it since either as far as I am aware, and it's ripe for a remake (that statement is at total loggerheads with the gist of the article I know, but I'd buy the hell out of it.)

Totally agree - its as if you really don't miss the jump function at all. The game play allows everything to fall into place without any problems. I had never played this before the other day and I really appreciated just how good the game was.
